Blood tests for tumor markers (cancer marker) - for men

The panel of tumor markers for men consists of several indicators that are markers of the following types of pathologies:

The marker CA 19-9 – shows the pathology of the pancreas, stomach, colon, liver, gallbladder and biliary tract.

The marker CEA – indicates the development of tumor in the body.

The marker PSA –helps with early detection of prostate cancer.

The marker Alpha fetoprotein (AFP) – used to determine primary liver cancer as well as in monitoring the course of disease, preclinical diagnosis of metastasis.
